Our company - representative of the Ukrainian producer of urea.
We offer delivery of urea on direct contract with the manufacturer.

PRODUCT: Urea *6 Fertilizer, Agriculture Grade "B" (Prilled urea)

ORIGIN: Ukraine.

MAIN SPECIFICATION:
Nitrogen - *6% min
Moisture - 0.5% max.
By method of drying
- Free Ammonia - **0 ppm max
- Biuret - 1.0% max
Colour - Pure white prilled
Free Flowing - **0% anticaking treated
Melting Point - **2 degrees Celsius
Granulation - **4mm min *0%

PACKING: in bulk.
QUANTITY: ****0 MT per month (min).
DELIVERY: FOB Odessa Black Sea Port.
PAYMENT: **0% Direct Payment against FCR for the product already in th
loading port.
PRICE: Market price. Please, request with LOI.
PB: 0 (the product selled is already in the loading port).

PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer sends to Seller the signed & sealed Letter of Intent (LOI) on
buyer's letterhead, with banking details and legal contacts, no older
than 5 days. (If ICPO with target price is possible the procedure will
be quicker).
2. Seller sends FCO to the Buyer.
3. Buyer returns signed FCO with either bank endorsed ICPO or ICPO+BCL
 or ICPO with soft probe (only for  Vietnam and China). ICPO should
have target price and validity date.
4. Seller sends draft contract to the Buyer.
5. Buyer and Seller exchange the signed contracts both by fax (email)
and by courier deliver service (DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex).
6. The contract procedure follows.
NOTE: The procedure may vary according to the supplier's requirements.

Most of such deliveries are on FOB basis.
2. Financial cartels with prices below market. The offered prices are
sometime *0% lower then market.
Most of such deliveries are on CIF basis. Unfortunately not always
such Sellers have product.

NOTE: Insist on inspection of goods by Buyer's representative in the
loading port.
